I created BBS because I wanted to help organizations sustain and rediscover passion for their brands, people, and to remember why they began. Angela Strong
Principal Consultant
Angela Victoria Strong is an accomplished executive and consultant with more than twenty years of corporate experience across healthcare, technology, and consumer industries. Her career spans leadership in sales, operations, and business strategy—where she has consistently built partnerships, driven growth, and guided organizations through transformation.
At Be Brite Solutions, Angela brings her expertise in strategic planning, enablement, and process improvement to help businesses operate more efficiently and grow with intention. Known for her collaborative approach and strong communication skills, she helps clients connect vision to execution—creating structures that support both performance and people.
Angela holds an MBA from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. In addition to being passionate about motivating people to live a balanced life, she is also a published author and speaker.
Katie Senters
Consultant
Katie J. Senters is a charismatic, empathetic, and results-driven senior-level sales strategist with over 20 years of proven success in enterprise sales, SaaS solutions, strategic account growth, and customer success leadership. With an unmatched ability to connect with stakeholders at every level—from C-suite executives to cross-functional decision-makers—Katie has cultivated a reputation for building trusted partnerships, maximizing value realization, and achieving aggressive growth targets across multiple verticals, including healthcare, technology, government, and education.
Her career is marked by a consistent track record of overperformance in revenue generation, enterprise account management, and sales team transformation. A champion of strategic thinking and value-based selling, Katie leverages her deep understanding of complex buyer ecosystems to deliver compelling, data-informed solutions that align with each client’s long-term goals.
Katie’s most transformative tenure was at symplr, where as National Director of Sales & Customer Success, she spearheaded a full-scale sales strategy revitalization. She expanded the sales team and customer success team and drove ARR from $17M to $32M in under five years—breaking a decade-long plateau. Her ability to lead teams through enterprise transformations, inspire peak performance, and foster enduring client relationships earned her industry recognition, including the Health Connect Partners Award.
Katie consistently leads by example. She combines her deep product knowledge with a human-centric sales approach—meeting customers where they are, listening with intention, and co-creating solutions that yield measurable outcomes.
Eric Wu
Principal Consultant
Eric Wu is an organizational development strategist and practitioner who thrives at the intersection of people-centered design, business strategy, and transformational change. He is passionate about aligning people, processes, and systems to build inclusive cultures, elevate leadership capabilities, and drive sustainable growth.
With over two decades of cross-sector experience—including consumer-packaged goods, financial services, higher education, and philanthropy/ non-profit —Eric brings a unique blend of human capital and enterprise strategy and operations. His expertise spans leadership development, talent management, facilitation, learning design, and change management, alongside business process transformation and strategic planning.
Eric has held roles at organizations such as Northwestern University, Mondelez International, and MillerCoors/Molson Coors. He holds an MS in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, along with a graduate certificate in Designing for Organizational Effectiveness. He earned his BS in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in finance and marketing.
Tonisha Hood

Tonisha L. Hood is an innovative, data-driven marketing executive with more than 15 years of experience leading brand strategy, integrated marketing, and audience development initiatives. She currently leads strategic campaigns that elevate brand relevance, deepen engagement, and align marketing impact with organizational growth.
Her career spans leadership roles in higher education, retail, and nonprofit sectors — including Chicago State University and Sears Holdings — where she managed multimillion-dollar budgets, developed partnerships with brands like Liberty Mutual and Groupon, and delivered measurable growth in engagement and revenue. A collaborative and inspiring leader, Tonisha is passionate about building meaningful connections between brands and their audiences through culturally relevant storytelling, strategic insight, and creative excellence.
In addition to her corporate role, Tonisha is the proud owner of a handmade craft business, where she channels her creativity into unique, artisan products. A true creative at heart, she is always exploring new ways to inspire, connect, and bring ideas to life.
Corey Strong

Corey Strong is an accomplished executive and consultant with extensive experience in strategic planning, operations, and leadership development across education, government, and non-profit sectors. With a background that includes senior roles in public systems and service as a U.S. Navy officer, Corey brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to organizational growth and transformation.
He has managed multi-million-dollar programs, led cross-functional teams, and driven large-scale initiatives that improved performance, efficiency, and impact. At Be Brite Solutions, Corey specializes in strategy execution, process improvement, and leadership alignment—helping organizations turn complex goals into measurable results.
Corey holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis, an MBA from San Diego State University, and a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Naval Academy.
Dr Deborah Anthony

Dr. Deborah C. Anthony is an accomplished strategist, author, and leadership architect specializing in organizational growth, strategic development, and systems alignment. With over two decades of experience in executive leadership, business development, and faith-based and community ecosystems, she brings a unique ability to identify opportunities, streamline operations, and implement scalable strategies that produce measurable impact.
As a Growth and Strategy Consultant with Be Brite Solutions, Dr. Anthony partners with organizations to clarify their vision, strengthen internal structures, and position them for sustainable expansion. Her approach integrates innovation, leadership development, and operational excellence—helping teams bridge the gap between potential and performance.
Dr. Anthony is the CEO of Graced to Govern, a leadership and publishing firm that equips executives, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders to lead with purpose and precision. She also serves as Chief of Systems for Impact Culture Network, where she architects frameworks that merge governance, culture, and community transformation.
